What it does
The Power-Positioner™ applies calibrated rearward and downward force across the scapular plane. In plain terms: it holds your shoulder blades back and down, where force is actually produced.

Training: wear it. Train in it from day one. Every set you perform in the Power-Position drives the correction deeper — the load is what teaches your body to hold the position. The more you train in it, the faster the results come.
Before you ask
"Isn't this just a posture brace?"
No. A brace holds you in place and lets the muscles switch off. This loads the positioning chain so your own back learns to hold it.
"Can I train in it?"
Yes. Definitely. Training in it is the point — the more you train in the Power-Position, the faster the results come. Loaded reps teach your body the position far quicker than wearing it at rest.
"How do I know what size?"
Four resistance levels — M, L, XL, XXL. Size guide is on this page. If you're between two, take the lighter one and progress up.
